O.D. tolerance – per API 5CT (+1.00% / -0.50%)

Lengths

Casing: API 5CT Range 3 = 34’ – 48’; min avg. length of 36’.
 

Casing: API 5CT Range 2 = 25’ – 34’; min avg. length of 28’
 

Tubing: API 5CT Range 2 = 28’ – 32’ (up to 34’ with customer agreement)
 

Tubing: API 5CT Range 3 = 38’ – 42’ (up to 44’ with customer agreement)

Surface Finish

End Finish

Plain End or API threads: LTC, BTC or STC

NDE

Non Destructive Examination (NDE) can be provided by Electro Magnetic Inspection (EMI) diverted flux method or through Ultrasonic (UT) inspection. Walls < .440” receive an EMI inspection and walls > .440” receive a UT inspection.
